The comparison for 2015 was shown in our research for 2014 wherein some 291 units closed escrow. So 2015 showed a slight increase in unit sales( 323 ). The average cost per foot remains constant at $ 408 to $ 420 per foot which is a measurement appraisers use when valuing property in the county.
At time of our report research, there were only 24 units for sale in 92130 and prices ranged from $302 ,000 to a high of $925,900 which is new construction offered in the “MLS” and the property is 2595 squre feet with 3 full bedrooms – again new construction being offered
