The Heights – Upgrades Bring Value & Sales!

THE HEIGHTS by Pardee Homes is one of the more successful home building projects within Carmel Valley.  The models for the subdivision were located just off Del Mar Heights Road and served as the launching pad (model center) for the more than 500 homes built within the brand name “The Heights”.   Floor plans were well thought out starting with the single story 3 bedroom  at just over 2,000 square feet.  Three additional floor plans had 4 bedrooms and ranged in size from approximately 2,450  to just over 3,000 square feet.  Very late in production and just before close-out a 5th floor plan was added with just over 3,200 square feet and 5 bedrooms.  The majority of the plan 5 models were built near Torrey Pines High School just east of the high school on Glencliff Way.

Now that the subdivision is more than 20 years old  many of these great homes have undertaken renovation projects which have helped sustain and enhance value.   Room additions, kitchen modernization, bath and fixture updates are just a few changes made over time.
